It hasn't been only skill that's got Alec in the position to empower others for success. Recently, Alec had the opportunity to learn more of "Why You Won't be Handed Success Until You Learn How to Handle Failure" from Bishop Ronald Godbee. In this event, he further broadened and strengthened his determination to empower others through leadership.
Drawing from his own personal experiences of ethnicity, anxiety, scholastic struggles, and various other obstacles, Alec allows himself to be an "open-book" from which radiates zest and inspiring messages that relates to many people across all echelons.
