What did I want to be when I grew up? I wanted to be a professional football player in the NFL, a truck driver, and a US Marine. I had no idea that what was in the cards for me after I graduated from college, was becoming a school teacher. But, it was my destiny. It wasn't until after I went to work in the corporate world for two and a half days (your read that correctly, two and a half days!) that I realized that I needed to follow my passion to lead and inspire instead.

The next week, after resigning from my corporate gig, I became a substitute teacher. On that day is when I knew teaching was the move for me. My goal is to provide unique learning experiences via diverse instructional practices in cultural pluralism in live speaking engagement, classroom instruction, & premium coaching.

Much of the thinking required to achieve success and impact in life is around how you devote your time. For me, the life as an educator is fulfilling. My work in life is devoted to equipping academic programs with tools to achieve their education goals.
